试论高职医学生课堂思政教育管理——以“形势与政策”课程为例 被引量:3

摘要 高职医学生专业课程繁重和学习基础相对较差,对《形势与政策》(以下简称行策)课重视不够,其课堂表现与教学目标相距甚远。要改变这一现状,课堂思政教育管理已成为最佳选择,也是当前课程建设和教学改革的客观趋势。行策教师要充分认识和领会课程建设的内在要求和精神实质,要充分了解和掌握高职医学生的思想动态和学习状况,有效施行思政教育管理,做到真管敢管长管、真严敢严长严,牢固树立纪律意识、规矩意识和效率意识,为培养医学生的职业核心能力奠定坚实基础。 The professional courses of medical students in higher vocational colleges are heavy and their learning bases are relatively poor. They have not attached enough importance to the situa- tion and policy. Their classroom performance and teaching objectives are different. To change the status, the ideological and political education in the classroom management has become the best choice. Teachers should fully understand the inherent requirements and spiritual essence of curricu lumconstruction, fully understand and master the ideological and dynamic situation of medical students in higher vocational education, effective implement ideological and political education management, to lay a solid foundation for cultivating the professional core competence of medical students.
