强直性脊柱炎CT与临床表现

The computed tomographic features of the patients with ankylosing spondylitis and clinical manifestations

目的 :探讨强直性脊柱炎的CT征象及分期与临床表现的关系。方法 :本组 2 8例行CT检查 ,根据每例骨关节、骨、骨旁软组织病变的程度和范围分本病为 0～Ⅳ期。结果 :本组 14例Ⅱ期 ,8例Ⅲ期 ,6例Ⅳ期。腰骶部疼痛是较早出现的常见症状。结论 :CT检查是显示强直性脊柱炎的可靠方法 。

Objective:To investigate the computed tomographic features and stage and relationship with clinical manifestations. Methods:All of 28 cases were scaned by axial CT and divided into five stages according to the degree and extent of the lesions of the joints and bones and soft tissues around the joints and bones.Results:14 cases were Ⅱ stage,8 cases Ⅲ stage,6 cases Ⅳ stage.Sarcroiliac pain was a common and earlier symptom.Conclusion:CT was a useful method to diagnose ankylosing spondylitis and have higher accuracy combined with clinical manifestations.
