摘要 针对传统两电平逆变器空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)中大量三角函数运算以及输出电压谐波含量高的问题,研究了基于60°坐标系的SVPWM算法,深入分析了60°坐标系下两电平和二极管钳位型(NPC)三电平逆变器SVPWM的设计方法。通过MATLAB/Simulink软件的仿真研究,验证了基于60°坐标系的NPC型三电平逆变器SVPWM算法能够避免复杂的三角函数运算,同时减少了输出电压谐波含量,使输出电压波形更加正弦。 To solve a lot of trigonometric calculations in the space vector pulse width modulation of the traditional two level inverter, and the harmonic content was higher in output voltage. The SVPWM algorithm based on 60° coordinate system was studied. The method of two level and three level inverter SVPWM in 60° coordinate system was deeply analyzed. Through the MATLAB/Simulink software simulation to verify the adopted method of three level inverter SVPWM based on 60° coordinate system could omit complex trigonometric functions, and reduced the output voltage harmonic content, and made the output voltage waveform more sinusoidal.
