摘要
文章旨在研究以"脑功能开发"为核心的综合干预对自闭症儿童的认知、社会交往和运动能力发展的干预效果。通过个案研究法,以1名学龄前自闭症儿童为个案,制定基于"脑功能开发"理念的以感觉统合训练为主,辅以认知训练和动作训练的综合干预方案,并通过访谈法和观察法系统收集个案信息,掌握儿童干预前后的能力变化情况。研究发现:经过长期的训练,该儿童在认知、社会交往和感觉统合方面均获得较大发展。因此,以"脑功能开发"为核心的综合干预,可在一定程度上促进自闭症儿童的认知、运动、感觉统合和社会交往的发展,从而提升儿童的脑功能。
The aim of this paer is to study the effect of comprehensive intervention on the development of cognitive, social interaction and athletic ability of autistic children with "brain function development" as the core. Through case study, a case study of 1 pre-school autistic children was conducted. A comprehensive intervention program based on sensory integration training, supplemented by cognitive training and action training, was developed based on the idea of"brain function development". And the observation system collects case information to control the changes in capacity before and after child intervention. The study found that: after long training, the children in cognitive, social interaction and sensory integration have been greatly developed, Therefore, the "brain function development" as the core of the comprehensive intervention, to a certain extent, promote children with autism awareness, movement, sensory integration and social interaction development, thereby enhancing children's brain function.
