我国特殊人士中途宿舍运行模式探析——以深圳市民爱残疾人综合服务中心为例

An Analysis on Operational Mode of Halfway Houses for the Special——To Take Shenzhen Comprehensive Service Center for the Disabled for Example

特殊人士中途宿舍是特殊教育学校或康复机构与社会的桥梁,如何为舍员提供服务关系到特殊人士的利益及其家庭的稳定,从入住、康复、评估到离舍都需要一个完整的过程。运行人员为舍员提供服务,是运行模式的掌控者和效果的决定因素;服务流程、入住程序、康复、评估、离舍及退出服务等各阶段是运行模式的关键要素。文章结合国内外中途宿舍的发展及民爱残疾人综合服务中心的经验,对我国中途宿舍的运行进行探析,以期构建合理的运行模式。

Special people halfway house is the bridge between the special education school or rehabilitation institutions and society. How to provide services relates the interests of special people and their family stability. It will need a complete process from occupancy, rehabilitation, assessment to all. The service personnel, the occupants, the rehabilitation, the assessment, the departure and the exit service, are the key elements of the operational model. This paper analyzes the operation of the half- way house in our country with the development of the middle - distance dormitory and the experience of the comprehensive service center of the people with disabilities in order to construct a reasonable mode of operation.
