高校火灾预防人员疏散研究

摘要 高校校园内除了普遍存在于学生宿舍的火灾危险源外,一些化学实验室、仪器设备也存在风险。学生宿舍多为老旧宿舍,一些电气设备老化严重,建筑材料耐火能力较差,一旦发生火灾,就很难控制火势蔓延。利用Arc GIS技术,可以将消防状况通报给全校师生,对师生进行统一协调安排,从而进一步组织救援疏散工作;还可以报告给相关的消防部门,提前告知火场情况,利于救灾工作的进行。 In addition to the students" dormitory fire hazards, there are a lot of risks about some chemical laboratories and equipments in North China University of Science and Technology. Student dormitories are mostly old buildings, some electrical equipments are seriously aging and the fire resistance of construction materials is poor. It is difficult to control the spread of fire when firebreaks out. It can inform the accident situation to the teachers and students by using Arc GIS, the teachers and students can carry out a unified and coordinated arrangement and organize evacuation. It can also report to the relevant fire department, the fire situation is informed in advance, so as to provide fire disaster relief.
