黄芩药材颜色及其有效成分的相关性

Correlation between Color and Effective Components of Radix Scutellariae

用色差仪测定黄芩根皮及断面的颜色,采用HPLC法测定黄芩中的黄酮类成分,用UV法测定黄芩药材中的总黄酮,以考察黄芩药材颜色与有效成分含量的相关性。结果,色差仪测定黄芩颜色各色度值(△L~*、△a~*、△b~*和△E~*)的RSD均<3%。相关性分析结果表明表面△L~*值、△E~*值、断面△a~*值与各化学成分均无显著相关性:表面△a~*值和△b~*值与黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、总黄酮含量呈正相关。断面△L~*值、△b~*值与黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷及总黄酮含量呈正相关,与千层纸素A含量呈负相关:断面△E~*值与黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷含量呈负相关,与汉黄芩素、黄芩素含量呈正相关。结果表明采用色差仪测定黄芩药材色泽的方法科学、可行,可为黄芩原药材的质量评价及分级提供参考。

The colors of root bark and transverse section of Radix Scutellariae were determined by a colorimeter,and the flavonoid components as well as the total flavonoids were determined by HPLC and UV, for the investigation of the correlation between color and the active component contents of Radix Scutellariae. The RSD values of all colorimetric values were less than 3%. The correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation of the ΔL＊ and ΔE＊values of the surface, or Δa＊ values of transverse section with the chemical compositions. The Δa＊ and Δb＊ values of the surface with the content of baicalin, wogonoside and total flavonoids were positively correlated. The ΔL＊ and Δb＊ values of transverse section were positively correlated with baicalin, wogonoside, total flavonoids and negatively correlated with oroxylin A. The ΔE＊ values of transverse section were negatively correlated with the contents of baicalin and wogonoside, and positively correlated with the contents of wogonin and baicalein. The results indicated that it might be a scientific and feasible way to determine the color of Radix Scutellariae by a colorimeter, which could provide references for the quality evaluation and grading of Radix Scutellariae.
