摘要
"互联网+"时代教师生存方式变革是在内、外部条件和因素的共同推动下,以提高教师生存质量为根本旨趣的教师生存方式诸要素和层面在不同的生存形态之间所发生的质变过程和结果。推动教师生存方式变革的动力是多方面的,既包括教师生存需要满足、主体性彰显、生存矛盾解决等内源性力量,也包括科技进步、社会文化变迁、教育信息化推进等外源性动力。正是在内外力的共同作用下,"互联网+"时代教师的生存方式不断从依附性生存向自主化生存、同质化生存向个性化生存转变,由经验化生存向智慧化生存、现实化生存向虚拟化生存转型,日益呈现出多元化发展态势。
with the concerted efforts ofinternal and external conditions and factors, the change of teachers' survival mode is the process and outcome of qualitative change between different elements and levels of teachers' survival mode in the different forms of survival, so as to improve the survival qualities ofteachers. The driving force for the change of teachers' survival mode is various, including the endogenous forces such as satisfying teachers' survival needs, highlighting subjectivity, solving the survival contradictions, and exogenous forces such as scientific and technological progress, social and cultural change and education Informatization promotion. It is under the joint action of internal and external forces that teachers' survival mode is changing from dependent survival to independent survival, homogeneous survival to personalized survival, from empirical survival to intelligent survival, realistic survival to virtual survival, increasingly showing a diversified development trend.
