摘要
发展孔子学院与实施"一带一路"之间存在诸多契合点。文本采用SWOT分析法,探讨孔子学院跨文化传播的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,提出"一带一路"背景下孔子学院跨文化传播策略:面向"一带一路",调整孔子学院全球布局;贴近当地需求,积极推进"本土化"进程;拓宽资金渠道,加快实现产业化发展;坚定文化自信,全面提升跨文化传播力;巧用传播策略,国际化表达中国故事。
There are many conjunction points between the development of Confucius institute and the implementation of the Belt and Road construction. This paper adopts SWOT analysis method and discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Confucius institute's cross-cultural communication. And then it puts forward the developing strategies for Confucius institute's cross-cultural communication under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative: being oriented towards the Belt and Road initiative and adjusting the global layout of Confucius institute; adapting to local demands and promoting the "localization" process actively; broadening the channels of funding and accelerating the realization of the industrialization of Confucius institute; firming cultural confidence and enhancing the ability of cross-euhural communication comprehensively; being skillful in using communication strategies and following international practices to tell the Chinese story well.
