美国和澳大利亚卫生管理专业认证制度及对我国的启示

伴随着医疗改革的不断推进,我国的卫生管理专业质量促进面临着重重挑战。卫生管理专业认证和卫生管理教育具有双向作用,卫生管理教育推动专业认证制度的形成,专业认证制度又反过来保障教育质量。美国和澳大利亚的卫生管理专业认证经过多年的探索,已经形成完善的认证体系,并随着时代的变迁不断完善,对我国具有借鉴意义。本文通过对美国和澳大利亚的卫生管理专业认证制度进行分析,并结合我国实际情况,为我国以后建立卫生管理专业认证制度提出几点建议。

Along with the continuous improvement of health care reform, the quality promotion of heahh management in China is facing many challenges. The relation between health management professional certification and education is bidirectional effecting. Health management education promotes the formation of professional certification system, and professional certification system, in turn, to protect the quality of education. The United States and Australia＇ s health management professional certification after years of exploration, has formed a perfect certification system, and with the continuous improvement of the times, and has reference significance to our country. The paper, combined with China＇ s actual situation, is to analysis the health management professional certification system in the United States and Australia, giving some suggestions on the establishment of our country health management professional certification system in the future.
