癫痫发作诱发Takotsubo心肌病1例报告 被引量：4

摘要 Takotsubo心肌病（Takotsubo cardiomyopathy,TC）,是一种突发的非缺血性短暂心肌收缩异常疾病[1-2]。该病发作时胸痛、呼吸困难症状最为常见,可有不同程度的一过性二尖瓣反流,同时伴有可逆性左心室功能障碍、心电图异常及心肌损伤标志物的升高,容易被误诊为急性心肌梗死。本科室最近诊治1例癫痫发作诱发Takotsubo心肌病,
