摘要
创新型研究生是高等院校人才培养的重要组成部分,良好的教学模式可以有效地促进研究生理论和实践技能提升。以研究生发酵食品课程为例,强化学生的理论和实践技能培养,形成以印记为特征的"课前"微视频、"课中"Seminar讨论和"课后"开放评价的教学方法,构建研究生翻转课堂教育教学模式。以印记为特征的翻转课堂教学,得到了研究生的认可,为培养创新型人才提供了新的教学模式。
Innovation ability of graduate students is one of the parts for the cultivation in university. The suitable teaching model can improve their theoretical and practical promotion. The model of the flipped classroom of fermentation food was constructed to strengthen the technical cultivation for graduate students, in which the method was characterized as imprinting, such as micro-video before the class, seminar discussion during the class, and open evaluation after the class. The flipped classroom teaching with the imprinting characteristic was accepted by the graduate students as a new model for the innovated talents.
