食品安全是关系到百姓健康与生命安全的民生问题,是关系到社会稳定发展的重要因素,因此必须对食品安全加强监管措施。从分析液态食品生产过程中的微生物来源开始,结合生产实际怎样快速查找微生物,控制微生物,预防微生物,从而生产出让消费者满意的安全健康的合格产品。
Food safety is related to the people health and life security. The contaminate source of the microbe and how to find the root reason of the problem was analyzed. It's important to how to control the microbe in the process and prevent the quality issue to happen. It's a guarantee to produce good product if we do the correct procedure.
