快速消解法测定水产品中砷汞镉元素 被引量:5

Determination of Arsenic, Mercury and Cadmium in Aquatic Products with Fast Digestion

摘要 运用快速消解法消解样品速度快,仅需1 h即可完成水产品的消解。ICP-MS采用氧气反应模式,设置较高的氧气流速(1 mL/min)可以很好地去除^(75)ArCl和^(91)Zr带来的干扰,在0~100 μg/L范围内,砷汞镉的线性系数均大于0.9997,检出限可分别达1.68,0.54和0.48 μg/kg。对国家标准物质和FAPAS质控样测定结果均在标准值范围内,测定结果稳定性均小于5%,满足水产品中重金属测定要求。 Fast digestion was used to handle with sample quickly, only 1 h could complete the digestion of the aquatic products. ICP-MS using oxygen reaction model, set a higher oxygen flow rate (1 mL/min), could be a good way to remove inference caused by 75ARCl and 75ArCl. The linear coefficients of As, Hg, Cd ranged from 0 to 100 μg/L were more than 0.999 7 and the detection limits were 1.68, 0.54 and 0.48 μg/L, respectively. The results of quality control samples of nation standard substances and FAPAS were in the range of standard value, and the stability of the results was less than 5%, which could meet the requirements of heavy metals in aquatic products.
