摘要
弃风问题严重制约了我国风电的进一步发展,而高载能负荷具有一定的负荷平移和调节能力,可作为需求响应资源,参与消纳弃风。基于我国电网和高载能产业实情,提出了基于负荷平移和高载能负荷自备电厂出力调节的风电与高载能负荷联合运行机制,建立了含有可平移负荷和自备电厂出力调节等需求响应方法的机组组合模型,并分析了自备电厂可调容量和可平移负荷大小等关键因素对于其发挥效能的影响。最后,通过算例分析验证了该需求响应机制在促进风电就地消纳方面的有效性。
Wind curtailment seriously restricts further development of wind power industry in China. While energy-intensive loads have potential to solve the problem by load shifting and other adjustments on demand side. Based on conditions of power system and energy-intensive industry in China, an operating mechanism combining wind power and energy-intensive loads with demand response methods of load shifting and adjustment of self-supply power plants is proposed in this paper. A unit commitment model is proposed to test the mechanism and analyze influence of capacity of self-supply power plants and quantity of shifting loads. Results of case studies illustrate feasibility of the operating mechanism in reducing wind curtailment and improving local accommodation of wind power.
