下一目的地导向下的电动汽车充电引导策略 被引量:30

摘要 建立一个有效的充电引导模型,实现对车辆的有序充电引导,是未来大规模电动汽车并网的基础和保障。考虑充电完成后,电动出租车到下一寻客地点与电动私家车到最终目的地的便捷性,提出下一目的地导向下的电动汽车充电引导策略。首先介绍了一种基于充电服务网络数据监控平台的电动汽车充电引导系统架构。其次,在考虑车主便捷性的基础上,综合考虑路网结构、出租车需求分布以及设备利用均衡率,结合Floyd最短路径算法和排队论M/G/k模型,以用户到最终目的地的距离、时间成本最小,充电站设备利用率分布均衡为目标,建立电动汽车充电引导模型。最后,在含7个充电站的区域内对所提模型进行仿真验证。结果表明,所提出的充电引导策略能有效兼顾充电站容量及车主出行需求。 An effective charging guidance model is built to guide electric vehicle charging orderly serving as foundation and guarantee of large-scale electric vehicles connected to power grid in future. Convenience of electric taxi to next destination and electric car to final destination after charging completed is considered to propose a destination oriented charging guiding strategy. Firstly, framework of electric vehicle charging guiding system based on charging service network data monitoring platform is presented. Secondly, comprehensively considering convenience of electric vehicle owners, including road network structure, taxi demand distribution and equipment utilization balance rate, and combined with Floyd shortest path algorithm and M/G/k model of queuing theory, an electric vehicles charging guidance model is established, setting minimum distance and time of electric vehicle reaching final destination and charging station equipment utilization rate equilibrium as optimization goal. Finally, the proposed strategy is simulated in a region with 7 charging stations. Results show that the proposed charging strategy can give consideration to both charging station capacity and owners' travelling demand.
