摘要
为得到最优的注射工艺参数、缩短模具设计周期、降低成本,以塑料三脚架为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件对其注射工艺参数进行了优化。首先采用Pro/E进行塑料三脚架的CAD三维造型,利用Moldflow软件的DOE试验设计分析模块获得对产品质量影响最大的因素后,采用正交试验法对其注塑成型过程进行分析模拟,最终获得了最佳浇口位置和翘曲变形量分布的准确信息,优化了注射工艺参数,并分析了翘曲变形量与熔体温度和保压压力之间的耦合关系,对提高塑件质量、缩短生产周期、提高模具设计水平具有重要的指导意义。
In order to obtain the best process parameters, shorten the design cycle and reduce the test cost of mould for the plastic tripod, the work should be done to analyze the injection technique using Moldflow. Firstly, the model of plastic tripod was constructed by software Pro/E, and DOE technology was employed to get the most significant affecting factors on warpage, then optimize the parameters of injection for minimizing warpage with orthogonal experiment method. The experimental results show that the informations are obtained including best gate position and warpage distribution in the product with optimized process route, and the relationship between the warpage deformation with injection temperature and dwell pressure is investigated in deal, which could play a good rule in improving the product quality, shortening the product design cycle and improving the designing level of the mould.
