儿童肺炎病证结合疗效评价量表的信度效度分析

Reliability and Validity of Efficacy Scale of Combined Disease and Syndrome for Children's Pneumonia

目的:评价儿童肺炎病证结合疗效评价量表的信度效度。方法:选取2015年5月—2015年12月在首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院、广州市妇女儿童医疗中心及天津中医药大学附属医院住院的儿童社区获得性肺炎患者共300例为试验组,同时选取在辽宁中医药大学附属医院参加伏九贴敷的301例健康儿童作为对照组。运用"儿童肺炎病证结合疗效评价量表"的临床调查表进行信息采集,通过重测信度、分半信度、内部一致性信度、内容效度、结构效度和反应度等统计方法对其进行考评。结果:共纳入试验组有效病例280例;对照组有效人数301例,量表各领域的重测信度为0.780~0.886,分半信度为0.727~0.912,克朗巴赫系数为0.609~0.899,因子分析结果表所包含的条目存在试验前所预想的逻辑关系。本量表能够区别健康儿童和肺炎患儿,且能反应肺炎患儿经治疗后的证候积分变化。结论:儿童肺炎病证结合疗效评价量表具有较好的信度、效度及反应度,可尝试用于儿童社区获得性肺炎患者临床疗效的评价。

Objective ： To assess the reliability and validity of efficacy scale of combined disease and syndrome for chil- dren＇s pneumonia. Methods：Choose 300 children who were diagnosed as CAP and hospitalized in Beijing Children＇s Hospi- tal, Capital Medical Uiversity, Guangzhou Women and Children＇ s Medical Center and First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM in May 2015 to December 2015 as the experimental group. In addition, pick up 301 healthy children who were in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine took part in the Fujiu ap- plication as the control group. Use the clinical questionnaire of therapeutic evaluation of combined disease and syndrome for children＇s pneumonia to collect the information, carry on the appraisal through the retest reliability, split- half relia- bility, internal consistency reliability, content validity, structure validity and reaction degree of statistical method. Re- sults： There were 280 effective cases in the experimental group and 301 cases in the control group. The retest reliability was between 0. 780-0.886, split - half reliability between 0. 727--0. 912, cronbach＇s α coefficients between 0. 609--O. 899. Factor analysis table contained the results of the test before the expected logic relationship in the entry. This scale can be the difference between healthy children and children with pneumonia and can response the syndromes of integral change after treatment in children with pneumonia. Conclusion ： The evaluation of efficacy scale of combined disease and syndrome for children~ pneumonia has good reliability, validity and reaction degree, which can attempt to evaluate the clinical curative effect for patients with community - acquired pneumonia in children.
