抗菌中药实验研究方法学应注意的几个问题

在分析前一阶段抗菌中药实验研究方法的基础上,提出今后进行其研究在方法学方面应注意的几个问题:(1)加强中药在机体水平上抗菌感染作用的研究。(2)加强中药复方抗菌作用的研究。(3)研究中药在动物体内的抗菌作用时,要注意选择适合的感染性疾病动物模型及敏感的检测指标,并应扩大应用感染性疾病动物模型的种类进行研究。(4)研究中药在动物体外的抗菌作用时,应扩大供试菌的种类及株数,注意培养基的种类以及接种菌种的菌量、菌龄和接种菌后判定结果的时间,应用平板琼脂扩散法研究时要注意平板中培养基的含量等。

Based on the analysis of the experimental research method of antibacterial Chinese herbs in the first stage, the paper puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the future. Study on the antibacterial effect of Chinese herbs in the human body should be focused on. Study on antibacterial action of Chinese herbal compound should be focused on. To study the antibacterial effect of traditional Chinese herbs in animals, the selection of suitable animal model and sensitive detection index should be paid attention to, and it is necessary to expand the application of animal model of infectious disease. To study the antibacterial effect of Chinese herbs in animal in vitro, the types and number of pathogens should be expanded ; the type of culture medium, the amount of inoculums, the age of the bacteria and the time to determine the results after inoculation with pathogenic bacteria should be paid attention to. When using agar plate dif- fusion method, the content of the medium in the flat drawing should be paid attention to.
