Study Progress on Mechanism of Protective Effect of PNS and Its Major Components on Brain Cell

三七总皂苷为五加科人参属植物三七的主要活性成分,具有活血化瘀,消肿止痛的作用。研究表明,由三七总皂苷制成的药物如血栓通注射液、血塞通注射液、注射用血栓通(冻干)、复方丹参滴丸等,对心脑血管具有很好的保护作用,综述近几年来国内外对于三七总皂苷及其主要化学成分对于脑损伤保护的机制研究进展,为相关中药的进一步研究发展打下理论基础。

PNS is main active ingredient of Araliaceae genus Panax ginseng and has the functions of promoting blood circulation and relieving swelling and pain. Studies have shown that the drugs were made of PNS, such as Xueshuantong Injection, Xuesaitong Injection, Injection Xueshuantong （freeze- dried）, Compound Danshen Drop Pills and so on, which get a good effect on cardiovascular protection. This paper reviewed the progress in the study on the mechanism of the protective effect of PNS and its major components on brain cell at home and abroad in recent years, laying the theoret- ical foundation for the further researches and developments of such Chinese medicine.
