摘要
以肥胖及其相关的高血脂、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病等组成的代谢综合征已成为危害人民健康的一组首要疾病,建立肥胖动物模型,对于研究肥胖及其相关疾病的发生、发展及其机制具有极为重要的意义。目前肥胖动物模型的建模方法有营养性肥胖、精神抑制药致肥胖、维生素D致肥胖、下丘脑损伤致肥胖、双侧卵巢切除致肥胖等。仅营养性肥胖动物模型就有小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、地鼠、家兔等,建模评价指标有体增重率、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等。不同的肥胖动物模型,其模型动物、造模方法、肥胖指标高低及用途等均有较大差异,论文系统阐述了降脂减肥研究中常用肥胖动物模型的建模方法及其特点,为降脂减肥的研究提供参考。
Obesity and its associated hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes and so on of the meta- bolic syndrome have become a group of primary diseases that harm people~ health. The establishment of obesity animal model is an important scientific significance for the study of development and mechanism of obesity and related diseases. The present modeling method mainly includes the nutritional method, drug inhibition, vitamin D, the hypothatamus injury and bilateral ovaries removement. Nutritional obesity animals involved mice, rats, guinea pig, rat, rabbit and so on. The modeling evaluation indexes are primarily weight gain rate, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerin (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C), etc. The model animal and building method, obesity indices and uses all have varied great.
