鸭跖草不同提取方法提取物的体外抗病毒实验研究

In Vitro Antiviral Experiment on Extracts from Commelina communis L of Different Extract Methods

目的:为建立鸭跖草抗病毒谱-效相关评价系统,对鸭跖草不同提取方法提取物体外抗病毒活性进行筛选,最后选择鸭跖草75%乙醇冷浸提取物抗呼吸道合包病毒(RSV)活性和鸭跖草蒸馏水回流提取物抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-1)活性进行下一步研究。方法:采用体外抗病毒实验CPE法结合MTT染色法,以半数治疗浓度(EC50)和半数细胞毒性浓度(TC50)并以治疗指数TI值作为评价指标,观察鸭跖草不同提取物对肠道病毒71型(EV71)、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-1)和呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的抑制作用。结果:中药材鸭跖草对于肠道病毒71型(EV71)病毒未见明显效果;75%乙醇冷浸的鸭跖草浸取液对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)病毒有较好的抗病毒效果,并且测得鸭跖草75%乙醇冷浸浸取液抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的治疗指数为21.1,阳性对照药治疗指数为29.8;采用蒸馏水提取的鸭跖草提取液对单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-1)病毒有较好的抗病毒效果,且测得鸭跖草蒸馏水回流提取物抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-1)的治疗指数为19.6,阳性对照药治疗指数为36.7。结论:鸭跖草在抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)和单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-1)有一定的效果,为进一步进行鸭跖草抗病毒研究和建立鸭跖草谱-效模型提供了科学依据和数据支持。

Objective： To establish a Commelina communis L antiviral spectrum -related evaluation system by screen- ing different extract method extracts in vitro antiviral activity and then choose Commelina communis L 75% ethanol extract against respiratory tract co - sourcing virus （RSV） activity and Commelina communis L distilled water reflux extraction resistance type I herpes simplex virus （ HSV - 1 ） activity for the next step research. Methods ： In vitro antiviral experi- ment CPE method combined with MI^F staining method, the half concentration （ ECs0 ） and half cell toxicity concentration （TCs0） and the index values of TI were as the evaluation indexes, observe different Commelina communis L extracts on hand - foot - and - mouth disease virus type 71 （ EV71 ） , herpes simplex virus type I （ HSV - 1 ） and inhibition of re- spiratory syneytial virus （RSV）. Results： Traditional Chinese medicinal materials of Commelina eommunis L for entero- virus 71 （EV71） virus has no seen obvious effect. 75% ethanol Commelina communis L leaching liquid of respiratory syncytial virus （RSV） has good antiviral effect and the Commelina communis L 75% ethanol leaching liquid against re- spiratory syncytial virus （RSV） in the treatment of index was 21.1. The positive control drug treatment index was 29.8. Use distilled water extraction of Commelina communis L extract of herpes simplex virus type I （ HSV - 1 ） has good anti- viral effect and measure the Commelina communis L distilled water reflux extraction resistance type I herpes simplex vi- rus （HSV - 1 ） in the treatment of index was 19.6. The positive control drug treatment index was 36.7. Conclusion：Commelina communis L in against respiraton syncytial virus （RSV） and herpes simplex virus type [ （HSV -1 ） has a certain effect in order to further research and establish a Commelina communis L antiviral plantar spectrum - effect model provides the scientific basis and data support.
