基于CONSORT+STRICTA评价电针治疗神经根型颈椎病国内RCT的报告质量研究

Based on CONSORT + STRICTA Electroacupuncture on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Domestic RCT Evaluation Report Quality Research

目的:采用CONSORT和STRICTA标准评价电针治疗神经根型颈椎病RCT中文文献的报告质量。方法:计算机检索CNKI、CBM、VIP和万方数据库,查找所有有关电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的RCT。由两位评价者根据纳入和排除标准的进行筛选,并采用CONSORT声明的拓展版和STRICTA标准进行报告质量评价。结果:最终纳入RCT41篇。根据CONSORT条目,10(24.39%)篇提及产生分配序列的方法;3(7.31%)篇具体描述了分配方案隐藏方法;2(4.88%)篇采用单盲法;5(12.20%)篇提及随访与失访;仅1(2.44%)篇有样本量的估算;所有文献都没有试验注册。根据STRICTA评价,其中大部分文献对针刺种类、针刺数目、治疗场所相关信息和针灸师资历报道不充分,仅有5(12.20%)篇完整报道了针刺细节。结论:目前电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的RCT质量偏低。今后临床试验应严格执行CONSORT声明和STRICTA标准对电针治疗神经根型颈椎病进行规范报告。

Objective ： Use the CONSORT and STRICTA standards to evaluate the curative treatment of cervical spon- dylotic radiculopathy RCT report quality of Chinese literature. Method： Computer Retrieval CNKI, CBM, VIP and WF Da- tabase. Find out all the relevant electric acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of RCT. By two evaluators according to included and excluded standard screening, and uses the CONSORT statement of expanding and STRICTA standards for quality assessment report. Results ： The data was extracted fi＇om 41 studies. According to the CON- SORT entries, 10 （24.39%） mentioned the produce distribution sequence method,3 （7.31% ） describes the scheme hid- den method in detail,2（4.88% ） by single blind method,5 （ 12.20% ） mentioned lost to follow - up, only 1 （2.44%） had a sample size estimation. All documents were without trial registration. According to STRICTA evaluation, most of the literature is inadequate about the number of types of acupuncture, treatment sites related information and acupuncturist qualification reports. Only five （ 12.20% ） had a full report of acupuncture details. Conclusion： The RCT quality of elec- tricacupuncture on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type is low. In future, the clinical trials must be strictly implemented CONSORT statement and STRICTA standards of electric acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type specification report.
