补肾壮骨汤联合内固定术治疗股骨远端骨折临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction Combined with Internal Fixation in Treatment of Distal Femoral Fracture

目的:探讨补肾壮骨汤联合内固定术治疗股骨远端骨折临床效果分析。方法:将2014年10月—2016年10月在医院骨科治疗的86例股骨远端骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组采用锁定钢板内固定术治疗,观察组采用补肾壮骨汤联合锁定钢板内固定术治疗,比较两组患者的膝关节功能、骨折愈合情况、骨代谢指标情况。结果:观察组术后膝关节优良率为86.05%,明显高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间、延迟愈合数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶、尿钙等骨代谢指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮骨汤联合内固定术治疗股骨远端骨折疗效显著,能够增强骨质,促进骨折的愈合,提高膝关节功能,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of BushenZhuanggu Decoction combined with internal fixation in the treatment of distal femoral fractures. Methods ： Eighty - six patients with distal femoral fractures were randomly divid- ed into two groups. The control group was treated with locking plate internal fixation. The patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction. The knee joint function, fracture healing and bone metabolismre- sults were compared. Results： The excellent and good rate of knee joint was 86.05% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （72.09% , P 〈 0. 05）. The time of fracture healing, the time of com- plete fracture and delayed healing were significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）. In the observation group, the indexes of bone me- tabolism such as osteocalcin, alkaline phosphatase and urinary calcium were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with internal fixation is effective in the treatment of distal femoral fractures, which can enhance bone mass, promote fracture healing and improve the function of the knee joint and have positive clinical significance.
