摘要
针对大型换热器管板深孔加工工序的难点,设计了加工过程中需要的关键夹具,并在制造之前对夹具进行了应力分析,根据应力分析结果对设计方案进行了优化。最终通过实际加工后的检查,验证了设计方案的合理性和优化的必要性。
In view of the difficulty of deep hole processing in tube-sheet of large heat exchanger,the key fix- ture needed in the machining process is designed ,the stress analysis of the fixture was made before manu- facture, the design scheme is optimized according to the stress analysis results. Finally, the rationality of the design and the necessity of the optimization are verified by the inspection after the actual processing.
