Strategic measures for eco-environment restoration and protection in Liaohe River Basin

辽河经过多年治理保护,生态环境有了较大改善,但在流域管理方面仍存在不足。从政策执行、支流防治、污水处理、面源污染控制、生态补水及执法能力建设等方面进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了解决措施,为辽河流域生态环境治理保护提供有益参考。

Thanks to years of efforts, aquatic environment and ecosystem system of Liaohe River has witnessed a great improvement. However, it encounters great challenges in the aspects of fiver basin management. In order to propose targeted measure for solving the problem, examinations have been made in terms of policy implementation, tributary treatment, polluted water treatment, mitigation of non-point pollution, ecological compensation and reinforcement of law execution, which shall provide valuable experiences to ecological restoration and protection in the basin.
