随着科学技术的进步、学科的交叉融合和科研的纵横快速发展,以高校科研团队为基本单位的新型研究生培养模式是顺应社会发展的必然选择。但是传统的单一导师培养模式已不能满足当前研究生的培养需要,为改善这一问题,提出小微团队培养模式。该模式有利于团队的整体素质、提高研究生的创新能力和培养质量;有利于整合团队资源形成优势互补的创新条件。对于小微团队在培养研究生中的优势进行深入探讨。

With the progress of science and technology, intercrossing and coalescence between subjects, rapid development of scientific research. The new postgraduate cultivating model which takes the university scientific research team as the basic unit is the inevitable choice which con- forms to the social development. However, the traditional single-tutor training cultivating model cannot meet the current training needs of postgraduate, in order to improve this problem, proposes the small micro-teams cultivating mode. This model is conducive to the overall quality of the team to improve the ability of graduate students to innovate and cultivate quality; which is conducive to the integration of team resources to create complementary advantages of the innovative conditions.
