The paper introduces the training practices of Zhongyuan Oilfield where training is developed under the framework of the company＇s development strategy to serve the company＇s core tasks. In addition, the Oilfield adopts the key project management approach to systematically plan and implement training programs so as to maximize the role of training in promoting the company＇s development.
