摘要
本文以中原油田为例,聚焦油田发展中心任务,将员工培训开发融入企业发展战略大系统中统筹考虑,并以重点项目管理的方式,系统策划,整体推进,让培训在服务企业发展中体现价值。
The paper introduces the training practices of Zhongyuan Oilfield where training is developed under the framework of the company's development strategy to serve the company's core tasks. In addition, the Oilfield adopts the key project management approach to systematically plan and implement training programs so as to maximize the role of training in promoting the company's development.
