摘要
扭亏脱困是一些国有企业在发展过程中共同面临的现实课题与重大挑战。本文结合石家庄炼化公司"三管齐下"抓降本,成功摘掉亏损铁帽子的工作实践,介绍了新形势下困难炼厂通过采取要素优化、精细管理、综合施策等有效措施实现扭亏脱困的主要做法与基本经验。
How to reverse losses and become profitable is a real problem and a major challenge faced by some state-owned enterprises in the process of development. The paper, based on Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Company's "three-pronged approach" to cut costs and successful practice in turning around deficit, introduced the major experiences and lessons learnt for the refinery when it adopted effective measures like elements optimization, delicacy management, comprehensive measure implementation, etc. to successfully manage a deficit turnaround.
