摘要 为了研究管路连接结构对维修性设计的影响,针对军用小涵道比涡扇发动机外部管路连接结构,从维修性角度出发,详细研究了丝套自锁、爪式自锁、卡环自锁以及卡钩/卡槽4种管路自锁连接结构,分析了不同结构的特点和实现自锁的机理,得出管路自锁是通过相对独立于螺纹结构的形变产生克服螺纹松脱的力矩,并间接作用于螺纹实现自锁的结论。通过对比研究,总结归纳出不同管路自锁结构的优缺点,以及其取消保险丝显著提高管路连接的维修性和装配性的共性优点。 In order to study the effect of pipe connection structure on the maintainability design, aiming at the structure of pipe for the military low bypass ratio engine and from the maintenance point of view, four pipe self-locking connection structures were studied in detail, respectively, wire thread insert, claw-type, snap ring and hook/card slot, the characteristic and the mechanism of different self-locking were analyzed. The conclusion is drawn that the torque overcomes the thread loose produced by the deformation of the screw thread structure, and achieves self-locking indirectly acting on the thread. The advantages and disadvantages of the different self-locking are compared. The self- locking pipe has the advantages of improving the maintainability and assembly significantly with the cancellation of the fuse.
