摘要 王健林因为卖资产而不是买资产上了头条,这事确实稀奇。“资本市场十大未解之谜”之一的“万达还能撑多久”,到底是个流行的段子,还是个严肃的命题?7月10日,万达商业、融创中国(1918.HK)联合发布公告:融创以295.75亿元收购了13个万达文旅城91%的股权.并以335.95亿元收购万达旗下76家酒店。 Sunac China Holdings, the founder and chairman of which is Sun Hongbin, has signed a deal to buy hotels and projects from Dalian Wanda Group for 63.2 billion yuan, marking one of the country's biggest property transactions. Through the transaction, Sunac will acquire a 91 percent stake of Wanda's 13 cultural and tourism projects. For Wanda, the sale of its commercial real estate assets allows it to cut the debt. What is more, it is noteworthy that while Wanda is selling its properties in China to shift to an 'asset-light' business model, it is speeding up investment abroad.
