The General Principles of Establishing University Spirit in the New Period:Taking Liming Vocational University as an Example

为寻求新时期高等学校大学精神确立的具有普遍适用价值的一般性原则,以黎明职业大学为例,通过分析大学精神的形成过程,从价值、定位、内涵、功能等方面对新时期高等学校大学精神的确立进行辨析,认为大学精神的内涵应该兼顾来源的历史性、内涵的引领性、特色的鲜明性和逻辑的完整性。高等学校应该以确立大学精神为契机、为起点,推动自身文化建设。

In order to seek the general principles of establishing university spirit with universal applicability in the new period, taking Liming Vocational University as an example, this paper, by analyzing the formation of university spirit in the fields of value, orientation, connotation and function, puts forward that account should be taken into the connotation of university spirit from such aspects as the historic origin, the progressiveness of connotation, the distinctive features and the integrity of the logic. Colleges and universities should take the op- portunity of establishing university spirit as the starting point and promote their own cultural construction.
