在城市建成区,通过新建或改建道路的手段解决交通拥堵问题受到房屋拆迁、环境影响、历史保护、经济投入等诸多因素的制约,而采用交通精细化设计,如:交叉口优化设计、路权划分、车道隔离,并辅以交通管理措施,对治理交通秩序混乱、缓解城市中心城区交通拥堵,具有投入少、见效快、实施易的显著特点。重点探讨如何利用交通精细化设计解决城市建成区交通拥堵问题,可供同行借鉴。
