武汉市土地交通整体规划模型开发实践与总结

Practice and Summary on the Overall Planning Model of Land Transportation in Wuhan

当前,武汉市正在经历社会经济高速发展的时期,城市发展带来城市结构、空间布局的显著变化,由此城市交通面临结构性变革与调整。如何发挥交通对城市的引领作用,必须加强土地与交通的关系研究。目前国内外交通需求预测模型的研究中,交通与用地整体规划理念深入人心。为此,武汉市在考察国内外整体规划模型的基础上,尝试搭建了基于PECAS的土地与交通整体规划模型,目前演示模型已经初步搭建,总结了PECAS模型的特点与思路,以武汉市市域为建模范围,建设了PECAS演示模型,并汇总简要成果。

At present, Wuhan City is experiencing a period of rapid socio-economic development, urban development brings the city structure, the spatial changes, thus the urban transport is facing structural changes and adjustment. How to play the leading role of traffic on the city, we must strengthen the relationship between land and transport research. At present, the research on the forecast model of traffic demand at home and abroad is deeply rooted in the overall planning concept of traffic and land use. To this end, Wuhan City, based on the study of the overall planning model at home and abroad, try to build a PECAS-based land and traffic planning model, the current demonstration model has been initially set up, this paper summarizes the PECAS model features and ideas to Wuhan City For the modeling scope, the PECAS demonstration model was constructed and the summary results were summarized.
