基于通行能力一致性的城市快速路常发性拥堵风险点分析与改善

摘要 近年来,我国众多城市的快速路系统在高峰时段经常出现常发性拥堵的状况。针对这一问题,提出了通行能力一致性分析方法。该方法可用于判断快速路系统交通瓶颈的存在,并给出常发性拥堵产生条件。选择上海市典型快速路匝道汇入段进行了实例分析,并给出了相关建议。 Today, during peak hours, recurrent congestion often occurs on city express way in China. Due to the occurrence of this congestion problem, this passage provides a method of analyzing the consistency of traffic capacity. This method can be adopted to judge whether traffic bottleneck occurs. This passage also provides the condition which recurrent congestion occurs. The author chooses a typical ramp of highway in Shanghai to analyze and give some suggestions to improve the condition of the congestion based on the analysis of the data.
