上海国家会展中心交通流量预警系统构建及应用

摘要 大型会展中心在会展期间各类车辆短时间内高峰流量和布展或撤展时大型货运车辆会产生的激增流量,影响会展中心及其周边地区交通拥堵加剧恶化。采用便携式交通流量采集装置布点调查分析,建立预警信息储存、管理、发布的多模式交通流量预警平台,结合虚拟视频检测技术和信息处理技术,确立预警阈值,合理选择检测安装位置,处理车辆流速慢、载体大、箱体阴影所产生的计数误差,实时流量预警,为迅速处置和完善预案提供条件。可根据车辆长度分别设定小货车、二轴货车、三轴货车、四轴货车、铰接货车共5种车型流量分别预警。流量预警准确度高于95%,系统的信息采集、转换、终端处理和网络电缆间的高度兼容和连接等方面的可靠性也明显提高了。本系统已在上海国家会展中心安装实施,初步运行效果较好,但还需运行较长一段时间逐步提高与完善。 Any Large conference and exhibition centers will generate sudden traffic volumes during in periods and ends of conventions and exhibitions, which would result in serious traffic congestions.In this paper, we discuss traffic observation station locations and analyze the traffic conditions, using portable traffic data collection devices to establish a early warning information system platform including information storage, management and dissemination of the multimodal traffic warning information with a video detection technology and information processing technology. Then we establish early warning thresholds of congestion, the reasonable installation location of observation station location, analyze accuracies of the counting system for slow vehicle velocities, large vehicles, large cabinet shadowsin a real-time traffiewaming system for the rapid detection of the congestion conditions and improve the response plans.Aecording to the length of vehiclesof minivan, biaxial truck, triaxial trucks, axles truck, articulated Iruck, a total of 5 kinds of vehicles.We find that traffic waming acctracy is higher than 95%, the system of traffic data collection, data transmission, terminal operations and high compatl"oility and connectability of the network cables work well but will need to run for a while to improve its reliability and its technology.
