横沙深水新港规划对上海城市交通的影响研究

Study on the Impact of Hengsha Port Planning on the Urban Transportation of Shanghai

上海市城市总体规划(2015-2040)提出在现有港口布局基础上,逐步调整黄浦江沿线货运码头功能,合理布局内河港区,加强横沙岛等海洋战略资源的保护利用。在分析上海港现状布局对道路交通产生影响的基础上,根据横沙深水新港总体规划布局设想,结合横沙新空间和深水新港配套交通设施的规划,对比研究有无横沙深水新港两种情景下对上海城市交通的影响,并提出相应的对策和建议,为未来上海市港口布局优化和调整提供决策依据。

The Shanghai Urban Master Plan （2015-2040） proposed to gradually adjust the function of the freight terminal along the Huangpu River based on the existing ports＇ layout, and rationalize the layout of the inland port. At the same time, strengthen the protection and utilization of marine strategic resources such as Hengsha Island. Firstly, the paper analyzed the impact of the current ports＇ layout of Shanghai on the road traffic. According to the comprehensive transportation planning of the Hengsha port, the paper contrastive researched the impact on the road traffic in Shanghai under two scenarios within or without Hengsha port, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which can provide decision- makin~ basis for the oort layout optimization and adjustment of Shanehai in the future.
