我国财政收入的重要来源之一为财政税收,虽然随着快速发展的市场经济我国在调整财政税收政策,然而在实际工作过程中仍然存在政策内容不合理、不完善以及不符合企业发展等问题,这不利于中小企业的发展。对此论文从完善财政税收法律法规、制定符合中小企业发展的税收政策以及借助税收制度鼓励技术创新等方面,分析具体创新措施,希望能为中小企业负责人提供参考。

An important source of revenue is fiscal revenue, although with the rapid development of the market economy, our country adjusted the fiscal and tax policy, but in the actual work process, it still existed many problems in the policy, such as its content is not reasonable, not perfect and does not meet the problems of enterprise development, which is not conducive to the development ofsmatl and medium-sized enterprises. This paper analyzes the specific innovation measures from the aspects of improving the fiscal and taxation laws and regulations, making the fiscal and taxation laws and regulations in line with the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and encouraging the innovation with the help of the fiscal and taxation laws and regulations, in order to provide reference to the leaders of small and medium-sized enterprises.
