高职院校校内实训室建设与管理研究

Research on the Construction and Management of Training Room in Vocational College

随着社会经济的快速发展,企业对技术性人才的需求日益增加。高职院校是培养技能型人才的摇篮,校内实训室则是提高学生岗位技能、培养高技能水平的主要场所。实训室对高职院校学生的发展尤为重要,但是现行实训室却存在着设施建设不合理、管理模式落后、师资队伍素质不强、校企缺乏合作等问题,论文从高职院校实训室的现状出发,针对现存问题,提出解决途径,旨在为高职院校能更好地建设与管理实训室提供参考性意见。

With the rapid development of social economy, the demand of enterprises for technical talents is increasing. Higher vocational colleges are the cradle of the training of skilled talents, and the inWarnural training room is the main place to improve students＇ post skills and cultivate their high skill level. Training rooms are particularly important to the development of higher vocational college students, but the current training rooms their facilities construction are not reasonable, management mode are backward, the teachers troop quality is not strong, lack of cooperation between colleges and other issues. In this paper, starting from the present situation of higber vocational colleges training rooms, according to the existing problem, paper puts forward solutions, aims for higher vocational colleges can better the construction and management of training rooms provide reference opinions.
