摘要
基于目前我国供电公司在人力资源绩效考核方面的现状,论文首先就人力资源绩效考核的含义及作用进行了介绍,进而分析了现阶段供电公司人力资源绩效考核中的存在的不足之处,最后提出了改进供电公司人力资源绩效考核的途径。
Based on the situation of the performance evaluation of human resources in power supply companies of China, the article firstly introduces the meaning and role of human resources performance evaluation, and then analyzes the performance appraisal of human resource in the power supply company in the current deficiencies, finally puts forward the way of human resource performance improvement o fpower supply company.
