随着当前我国综合国力的不断增强,在现代化管理体制下,企业管理模式呈现出了新的变化趋势。主要为经营目标从盈利为中心转为重视社会责任,企业价值观重视以人为本,经营战略以及运营模式重视开放整合,实行精益化经营模式,信息化、智能化的发展模式以及变革、创新的企业管理机制。论文笔者基于此主要来分析探究了当前阶段企业管理现代化的六大趋势。

With the continuous enhancement of China＇s comprehensive national strength, the enterprise management mode has shown a new trend of change under the modem management system. The changes are transforming the business objectives from the profit to social responsibility, paying attention on the corporate values of people-oriented, focusing on the open integration for business strategy and operation mode, implementation of lean management mode, information and intelligent model of development and reform, innovation of enterprise management mechanism. Based on this, the author mainly analyzes and probes into the six trends of modern enterprise management at present stage.
