随着当前全球化的不断推进与完善,公司治理模式的也在呈现多元化的发展。当前我国企业要适应市场经济体制的不断变化,进一步增强公有制经济的活力,就需要坚持国有资本、集体以及非集体等多元化资本的参与,通过混合所有制来实现公司多元化治理模式。基于此,论文主要分析探究当前阶段我国混合所有制下公司治理模式的选择以及构建问题。

As the current globalization continues to advance and improve, the corporate governance model is also showing a diversified development. The enterprise in China needs to adhere to the state capital, collective and non collective diversified capital participation to adapt to the changing market economy, further enhance the vitality ofpublic ownership economy, through mixed ownership to realize the diversification of the mode of corporate governance. Based on this, the main analysis of this paper explores the selection and construction problems of corporate governance model under the mixed ownership.
