随着我国经济的增长,我国的施工项目数量也逐渐呈攀升趋势。并且随着市场竞争越来越趋向白热化,施工单位想要在市场中保持有力的竞争地位,必须使用科学有效的管理手段,合理规划控制工程项目进程中的质量、进度、成本以及安全因素,保证施工项目达到预期的效果,并为企业获得良好的市场信誉与经济效益。论文从施工项目管理中的质量、成本、进度以及安全角度对施工工程管理进行了探讨。

With the growth of China＇s economy, the number of construction projects in China is gradually increasing. Along with the market competition becoming more and more intense, the construction unit to maintain a strong competitive position in the market, must use the scientific and effective management means, resonably plan and control quality, schedule and cost control of the project and the safety factors in the process, ensure the construction project to achieve the desired effect, and obtain good economic benefit and market reputation for the enterprise.
