随着社会主义市场经济的不断深化发展,企业与企业之间的竞争逐渐白热化。而影响一个企业发展的因素不仅来自外部市场的竞争压力,更多的是企业内部的管理是否合理。企业的发展需要融通资金,对于部分企业来说,内部举债不失为一条短期内筹措大量资金的有效方法。然而这也容易让企业陷入借新债还旧债的死胡同,长此以往不仅给企业带来财务危机,也在一定程度上阻碍企业的发展。

With the deepening development of the socialist market economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Factors which affect the development of an enterprise are not only from the external market competition pressure,but also from the rationality of the management within the enterprise.The development of enterprises needs financing, and for some enterprises, internal debt can be regarded as an effective way to raise large amounts of funds in the short term. But it is also easy to let the enterprise go into refunding the dead end, not only brings to the enterprise financial crisis,if things go on like this,the development will also hinder the enterprises to a certain extent.
