关停水平井复产潜力评价技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 气田开发过程中由于水淹、出砂、产能过低等原因,导致水平井无法生产处于关停状态。目前关停井治理缺少理论依据及指导原则,为确保治理措施的有效性,提高气田开发经济效益,研究从分析影响复产潜力因素入手,引入复产潜力指数,利用模糊计算等数学方法,创新建立了气井复产潜力指数评价方法,准确评价关停井复产潜力。该方法在大牛地气田关停井治理中应用效果良好,根据复产潜力计算结果,结合气井特征、现场工艺措施,制定出不同类型关停水平井治理计划,对今后气田关停井复产潜力评价与治理具有很好的指导意义。 Horizontal wells are shut down because of water-flooding, sand-production and low productivity. But there is no relative evaluation method or guiding principle. In order to restore production efficiently, improve economic benefit of gas field development, the main factors of restoring production are analyzed. By introducing into the concept of restoring production potential index, using fuzzy calculation, evaluation method of shutting down horizontal well restoring production potentiality is presented. Restoring production potentiality can be evaluated accurately through the method, which is well applied in Daniudi gas field. According to calculating the result of reproduction, the well characteristics and on-site construction process, different management plans are made to restore shutting down horizontal wells. The method has guiding significances for evaluating reproduction potentiality and restoring shutting down wells in the future.
