发电厂供热改造工程背压汽轮发电机接入主机厂用电的问题及其建议探讨

摘要 传统的火电厂以凝汽式汽轮发电为主,然后再进入汽轮机加工,接着汽轮机带动发电机进行发电,做工后的蒸汽经凝汽器冷却后变成水,在紧接着送入锅炉进行继续加工。背压机组取消了凝汽器,汽轮机做工后的蒸汽直接送到热用户,因此背压机是以热负荷来调整发电负荷的发电机组,也就是说发电量跟着外界供蒸汽的多少来变化的,汽轮机进了多少汽机组排多少汽,所以说背压汽轮机的经济型较好。增加背压发电机组导致了系统短路电流超过了原设备允许值,增加了系统设备发生动、热损坏的风险。快速限流器的应用抑制了系统扩容导致的短路电流,保证了主机厂用电安全。 Traditional coal-fired power plants is given priority to with condensing steam turbine generator,and then enter the turbine processing,then the steam turbine turns a generator to generate electricity,steam after work into after the condenser cooling water,to continue to manufacture in and then into the boiler. Canceled the condenser back pressure unit,of the steam turbine work after heat directly to the user,so the back-pressure machine is based on the heat load to adjust power load of generator set,that is to say power how to change with the outside world for steam,the steam turbine into how much how much steam generator exhaust steam,so back pressure turbine economy better.Increasing back pressure generating set leads to more than the original equipment system short circuit current value,increases the system equipment dynamic and thermal damage risk. Rapid current limiter.
