小型电炉烟气治理问题探讨

Discussion on Treatment Flue Gas of Small Electric Furnace

针对因小型电炉炼钢工艺发展而出现的烟气治理难度加大的问题,结合设备运行特点和烟气治理工程措施,讨论烟气治理中捕集罩、除尘器选择中应注意的问题,提出实现低阻、中温、大流量的工艺设计中可考虑采用的措施。

For flue gas treatment is more difficulty with the development of small-scale electric furnace steelmaking process,combined with the characteristics of equipment operation and flue gas control engineering measures,the problems in the selection of trapping hood and dust collector in flue gas treatment are discussed,Proposed to achieve low resistance,medium temperature,large flow of process design can be considered in the measures.
