摘要
对美国、俄罗斯、以色列及世界其他主要国家的弹道导弹防御系统的发展现状进行了分析。可以看出,在技术推动下,弹道导弹防御系统呈现出动能化与实战化、反导与防空一体化、小型化与快速化、新概念化与多层化的发展特征。结合作战流程,初步探讨了多传感器资源智能协同规划技术、海量多源信息融合技术、高精度实时作战辅助决策技术等弹道导弹防御系统关键技术基本内涵与解决途径。
The ballistic missile defense system( BMDS) development of America,Russia,Israel and other main military countries are analyzed. The characteristic and development trend of BMDS are introduced,such as kinetic mode and actual combat mode,integrated air and missile defense,miniaturization and high speed,new concept and multi-layer. Then the basic meaning and solving approach of BMDS key technologies are discussed,including multi-sensor intellectual planning technology,abundant multisource information fusion technology and operational assistant decision-making technology with high precision and real time.
