摘要
金属丝编织网是压载水过滤器的关键部件之一,通过试验获得了其流阻损失值,并拟合得出了滤网的性能参数,进行数值模拟仿真计算。同时,采用CFD软件FLUENT建立金属丝网的三维简化与三维实体流场模型,按照试验条件,对其性能进行数值模拟计算,通过试验结果与仿真模拟结果的对比分析,结果表明:三种方法均能够较准确地预测金属丝网流动阻力性能,多孔介质较为快捷,但三维简化更为实用。
The metal wire mesh is one of the key components of the ballast water filter. The flow resistance loss was obtained by experiment, the performance parameters of the filter mesh were fitted, and the numerieal simulation was earried out. The 3D solid and 3D simplified flow fieht models of wire mesh were established by CFD software FLUENT. Aeeording to the test conditions, the numerical simulations of the performances were carried out, and the simulation values of wire mesh were com- pared with the experimental values. The results showed that the three methods all could predict the flow resistance of wire mesh accurately, porous media model was more convenience, but 3D simplification was more practical.
