熔体纺用碟片式过滤器过滤材料锈点分析

摘要 将产生锈点的熔体纺用过滤碟片进行解剖分析,发现宏观上滤材的锈点主要集中在进液面,出液面锈点较少,进液面金属网与纤维毡的锈点位置有对应关系,使用SEM和EDS对滤材金属网基体及锈点、纤维毡基体及锈点、滤材内部附着物进行分析,结果表明:附着物的主要成分是TiO_2、Fe_2O_3,金属网和纤维毡锈点中均存在钛元素,过滤元件锈点并非材料本身发生锈蚀,而是外部含钛附着物未清洗干净残留于过滤原件中产生锈蚀。 The disc type filter with rust spots and used in polymer-melt spinning was dissected and analyzed in this [roper. It was found that the rust point of the filter medium was uminly concentrated on the inlet surface, and the outlet surface was less rusty. The rust spots were in the corresponding location both on the inlet metal mesh and the fiber felt. SEM and EDS were used to analyze the metal mesh base, filler felt base, rust point and attachment in filter material. The results showed that the main component of the attachment in the filter was TiO2 and Fe203, Ti was found in the rust spots of metal mesh and fiber felt. The rust spot of the filter element was not the corrosion of the material itself, but the external attachment containing Ti, which was not cleaned and remained in the filter to canse con'osion.
